If you are getting the grill ready for a barbeque, you can offer your guests a delicious steak and healthier option: Grilled fish.
A friend of mine, prepared a delicious fish on the grill.
She just prepared the fish with olive oil, some fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and a touch of soy sauce.
Let the fish marinate for half an hour so it absorb the condiments.
When the grill is hot, just put the fish, 4 minutes each side.
You will have the most delicious fish.
Delicious maple salmon
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic
minced 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound salmon
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.
Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the maple syrup mixture.
Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.

6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sumac
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp fennel
2 tsp chili flakes
2 garlic cloves
4 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Add olive oil, and all the rest of
seasoning into blender.
mix until having a paste.
add to chicken.
let marinate for 24 hours in the fridge.
grill the chicken until tender.
